RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
BARKLEY PARC HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.
AMENDMENT TO RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ENFORCEMENT OF RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS
At a meeting of the BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF BARKLEY PARC HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. in Covington, LA (hereinafter referred to as "Association"), held on August 20, 2019, as recorded in the meeting minutes of the Association, approved pursuant to the Dedication of Servitudes, Easements and Restrictive Covenants of Barkley Parc Subdivision (hereinafter referred to as "Restrictive Covenants"), the right to establish rules and regulations in order to enforce compliance of Article Vlll and Article IX of the Association's Restrictive Covenants and any amendments thereof;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Board of Directors of Barkley Parc, does hereby establish the following guidelines for imposing fines and penalties, and the amount of the fines and penalties that will be imposed upon the member account of any Lot Owner, who after receiving written notice of the violation, and an allowance of a ten (10) day period of time in which to correct the violation, continues to be in violation will be charged a fine as follows:
Twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per day and $25.00 per occurrence until violation is corrected.
Lot Owner's may send in a written request for an extension of time to correct a violation or request a Board Hearing to discuss the violation.
