RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF

BARKLEY PARC HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.

      The Board of Directors Barkley Parc Homeowners Association, Inc., at a meeting of on June 1, 2017 at the cabana of Barkley Parc Homeowners Association, Inc., pool located in Covington, LA 70433.

      With the majority of the members of the Board of Directors being present, and a quorum present, the Board of Directors adopted the following resolutions:

I. 

      BE IT RESOLVED, that the Directors Barkley Parc Homeowners Association, Inc., hereby authorizes adoption of the following definition for commercial vehicle as stated in paragraph II.

The definition of a commercial vehicle will defined if any of the conditions in the section are present:

a.  A commercial vehicle is defined as any vehicle which has a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) greater than 12,200 lbs.

b.  Pickup trucks and vans with a GVWR below this thresholds, and therefore not considered a commercial vehicle for he purpose of this policy:  Ford E/F Series 150-300, Chevrolet C-series 1500-3500, Dodge Ram 1500-3500, Freightliner Sprinter 2500-3500 (cargo or Passenger only) or any vehicle comparable in size or scope.

c.  Vehicles with more than 144 square inches of advertising or graphics.

d.  The following vehicles are considered commercial vehicle, even if they meet the weight requirements established in paragraphs A and or B.  Box Vans, Step Vans, Flat Beds and Fifth Wheel Equipped Vehicles.
